Optional: coat with butter or cooking spray. Add salt, pepper, butter to taste. Scrambled: crack one egg in maker, beat and microwave on high for 45-50 seconds. Fried: crack one egg in maker, poke hole in yolk and microwave on high for 45 seconds. Sunny Side Up: crack one egg in maker leaving yolk intact, microwave on high for 20 seconds then stop, another 15 seconds then stop, last 10 seconds and done!
