If you're reading this review, you're wondering if you should buy this dress. The answer is YES! It is beautiful in person. A kaftan is meant to be flowy and loose, so getting your regular size ensures that. I wish there were more patterns. I'd buy multiples and live in this dress. For reference, I'm 5'7 and 165 pounds. The large is perfect.

Like the review below mine states, this dress has side ruffles that run the length of the dress. Not a dealbreaker for me, but from the front it does look as if I have wings. I would recommend sizing down.
